Because most brands tend to be mind-numbingly boring and exercises in self-aggrandizement.
Why aren’t communications agencies vertically integrated for cost optimization and message synchronicity?
Because it’s incredibly difficult. (But we made it happen.)
Why did the American Dream die? Can we resurrect it?
Because leaders forgot that the OBSESSION must be with their people. (But luckily, YES, we can resurrect it.)
Why ask why?
Because it’s the only path to radical change.
Yes, Tricia has tossed aside the status quo her whole life. She is the first Young Alumna of the Year of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, researched her Honors Thesis at Harvard University and the Library of Congress, and was awarded best thesis of the year for work that “trounced the leading academics and turned the accepted narrative in American History upside down.”
In 1990, she was selected to represent Apple – arguably the world’s most powerful brand. This proved to be a defining period of her life.
In 1994, she founded a full-service agency, revolutionizing how organizational communications functioned for powerhouse brands and entrepreneurial upstarts alike.
Ms. Nordby was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, a Forty Under 40 Person to Watch, one of the Fast 50 CEOs of Minnesota Business, and awarded numerous national design titles.
